Iron Fist Chinese Martial Arts (IFCMA) is a 501c3 non-profit organization that promotes physical fitness and martial arts to people of all ages and backgrounds in Montgomery County, Maryland. Our programs, such as Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong, improve physical health, foster mental and emotional well-being, and teach discipline and respect.
