US Martial Arts Center is a cutting edge, fully equipped two room self-defense and fitness studio for the individual or family. We offer programs and classes to suit all different ages. From a Kung Fu-Karate and Self-Defense program for kids to our highly motivating adult and teen Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing, Chinese Self-Defense Lei Tai and Chinese Jui Jitsu (Chin Na) classes, to our slower paced meditative Tai Chi, Chi Gung and Internal Sun Pin classes.
